BRIEF:  

 

The client requested a complete re-tiling of the pool and garden design of the area.  She requested that the garden compliment the environment which is a north-facing, hot and dry cliff top area in Newport.

WHAT WE DID:

Hudson Landscaping re-tiled the pool by removing old, shabby terracotta tile and replacing it with tumbled travertine titles that are more modern and natural look.  Tumbled travertine is carved from rock and is light in colour to reduce the heat.  

We also created a garden design that was sensitive to the area.  We then installed a large dragon tree for cover with the under plants being native succulents and grasses including the use of coastal pig face.

WHAT CLIENT SAID:

Client, Steph, said that she was amazed how well the landscape fit her yard.  She is happy that it requires very little watering and maintenance.
